You do not sleep while working on the wall.
You do not relax in battle.
You must not relent when you are being favoured.
Do not stop doing good when God’s mercy starts coming upon you.
Do not pull back your sword if your enemies are still raging.
When you lay your hands on your tool, do not be weary.
Harvest is not worth celebrating yet, if the fruits are still on the tree.
Do not be compelled to do what many does, unless it is the will of God for you.
Do not stop doing what makes you God’s delight.
Stop doing what makes God turns against you as enemies; who then will plead your case.
Do not make friends with the enemies of God, so that you will not share in their rewards.
When you are at work for our Lord Jesus, be prepared for how to resist interruption and distraction because they have been used potently and successfully against mighty ones.
Remain faithful to God. Do not relate with God as if you can outwit Him. He is not Your competitor but your loving Lord. He is honest with you, be honest with Him. To the crooked He shows Himself to be wicked.
A warrior is a champion because he won contest or challenge in the past but will stop being a champion if he relent his hands.
The day you stop pressing forward, you become stagnant and if you remain stagnant for too long, life will push you back and out of the picture.
Please, always remember that enemies cannot pull you back without your consent. So, you will need to keep being on the Lord’s side.
Please beloved, let us press forward. Let us forge further. Even our victory for yesterday is but a story for today. If God is never tired of giving us a new victory every moment, then we must never be tired of pressing for it. Let go yesterday’s victory and press for today’s victory.
Proverbs 24:10 If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small.
Luke 9:62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
Philippians 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Hebrews 6:5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the age to come
2 Peter 2:20 For if after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them
Proverbs 26:10 The great God that formed all things gives the fool his hire, and the transgressor his wages.
Do not rely on your strength, trust on God for strength. Your victory is certain with being on God’s side. Victory is sure for those who are upright before God.
Prayer Points
1) Lord, thank you for the strength, Spirit and grace to continue in You, in Jesus name.
2) Every interruption and distraction gathered and formed against me and my loved ones, perish under the mighty hand of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus mighty name.
3) I receive the grace, Spirit and fire of God that will keep me going in Christ Jesus, in Jesus name.
4) Oh Lord, among the many issues in life, help me to discern and focus on Your vision for my life, in Jesus name.
5) Every enemy engaged to interrupt, distract, confuse, delay or defeat me, receive the wrath and judgment of God, fall down without mercy and be ruined completely, in Jesus name.
